Both sides of the house lead to a fantastic glazed in area, which overlooks the gardens and 8x4 quality pool, well maintained gardens and some parcels of land, currently maintained by a local farmer (almond).
Although there is an immediate neighbour, they actually live in the town, and only tend to visit their cave house in order to maintain it, and to spend the occassional Sunday lunch there, so the house still feels incredibly private.
